
Evaluation Meeting of the Festival Golo Koe 2025 Promotion and Publication Committee
The Festival Golo Koe 2025 Promotion and Publication Committee held an evaluation meeting to review the implementation of promotional and publication activities, located in Puncak Waringin, on Tuesday (2/9). The meeting highlighted appreciation from various stakeholders for the strong collaboration that ensured the smooth running of the festival, which has been included in the Top 10 Karisma Event Nusantara (KEN).
Father Erick Ratu, Pr., Chairman of the Social Communications Commission of the Diocese of Labuan Bajo, opened the session with words of appreciation.
“We extend our gratitude to all parties who supported the promotion and publication of the Festival Golo Koe 2025. The collaboration with the Labuan Bajo Flores Tourism Authority (LBFTA) and eLBajo Commodus Polytechnic has been vital in the success of our promotional activities. I also thank Engel Vione, through Lingkotech, for supporting the development of the official Festival Golo Koe website,” he said.
Continuing the discussion, Fitri Ciptosari, S.Tr. Par., M.Si., Head of the International Marketing Management Applied Undergraduate Study Program at eLBajo Commodus Polytechnic, expressed her appreciation for the creative support provided.
“We are very grateful to Engel Vione for his support in designing social media content and conceptualizing print media designs such as standing banners, billboards, and photo booth backdrops. These elements helped bring the festival’s branding to life,” she explained.
Representing the West Manggarai Regency Tourism, Creative Economy, and Culture Department, Teddy Nahas emphasized the importance of collaboration across institutions.
“This year’s festival has shown us the power of strong collaboration between ministries and institutions. For 2026, the committee could innovate further by installing visitor scanning devices, allowing us to record accurate visitor statistics that will strengthen our planning,” he suggested.
From LBFTA, Shesar Andriawan, Head of the International Marketing Division, underlined the success of the Promotion and Publication Division and acknowledged specific contributions.
“We give our highest appreciation to the Promotion and Publication Division for their dedication. Special thanks go to Engel for his perseverance in developing the Festival Golo Koe website in such a short time, ensuring that the public could access comprehensive information about the event. Moving forward, we need to strengthen efforts to record and analyze the socio-economic impact of this festival, as it is part of the Top 10 KEN events,” he said.
In response to Father Erick’s request for comments, Engel Vione, Founder of Lingkotech, shared his perspective on the website development process.
“We are grateful for the trust given to Lingkotech to contribute to Festival Golo Koe. The website development began on May 23, 2025, and was completed in about a week. Throughout the process, the LBFTA team continuously provided updated content. This hard work paid off, as after two months of consistent SEO-driven updates, the official website — festivalgolokoe.com — successfully ranked first on Google’s search results,” Engel explained.
In closing, Father Erick Ratu, Pr., summarized the evaluation meeting.
“The Promotion and Publication Committee has delivered excellent work for Festival Golo Koe 2025. Looking ahead, we will continue to make improvements and innovations to ensure the festival grows stronger each year,” he concluded.
